It is with great sadness that the family of the late Douglas Roy Randell announce his passing on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 59 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Nioma; sons: Aaron (Chantel) and grandson Jaxen, Brad (Jessicah); step-daughters: Leann (Rob) and step-grandchildren: Matthew and Olivia, Mandy (Mike) and step-granddaughter Sophia; sisters: Sherry (Pat) and Samantha; brothers: Wayne (Dianne), Brian (Linda), Bruce (Betty), Brent (Sherry), Graham (Kim) and George (Phyllis); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his father Lloyd Randell and mother Elsie Gerbeau. Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Saturday from the hours of 2-4 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 6 at 2:00 p.m. from the Salvation Army Temple, Citadel Drive with Major Calvin Fudge officiating. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Salvation Army Temple Memorial Fund. The family guest book may be signed or a memorial donation may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca.

It was with great sadness when I heard today from my neice Debbie that Doug has passed. I did not know he was ill and I am so sorry for you all to lose a brother.
